Defeating it gives the Tortoise Toppler achievement/trophy. Don't trust books all the time, info's gets outdated very quickly, even Level's does not account towards it, a Level 1 run can easily overpower that with a proper setup like Equalizer + Ragnarok + Rare Metal + Enhancement, Limit Break Magic, etc,. The first step is to make sure you have completed the game.
